a) Payment in full is required with order unless otherwise agreed. Please note currently no VAT is charged on products or services.

b) We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts @ 3% per month above Santander Bank (UK) base rate.

c) All prices are ex-works and carriage will be charged extra with exception of those clients that have been quoted free delivery.

d) Goods remain the property of Golf Tee Store until paid for in full.

e) All prices quoted are in £’s Sterling.

f) Whilst every effort will be made to hold prices until the end of the year prices are subject to change without notice.

g) English law shall prevail.

h) You have read and accept our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

i) Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue of the quote unless otherwise specified.

j)If any liability is sought from Golf Tee Store over any material our customers have asked us to provide or by nature of carrying out anything that may be included in these terms and conditions then you our customer agree to pay any damages, consequential losses, fees. infringement of any types of protection and any other liability so rendering Golf Tee Store harmless and free from litigation.

k) Images and Colours- The products and product images on this web site must be treated with caution as colours and images displayed on a computer screen are not necessarily a true representation of the actual item due to monitor and screen variations, photographic outcome, resolution and software manipulation. Product styles and designs change over time so any image shown may not be an exact match to the goods you will receive.

Deliveries and Shipments

We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the time indicated in the product description. Delivery for many items is 5 to 10 working days but may take 10 to 20 working days in busy periods or if suppliers shipments are delayed (UK and overseas suppliers). However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates. Customers who use our Courier Delivery service MUST provide a delivery address where the order can be accepted and signed for. i.e. your home, a neighbour or your workplace.
